California Commercial Appraisers consists of a group of experienced commercial appraisers serving the Southern California counties of Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Ventura. Our group is in the business of providing a wide range of real estate valuation and consulting services.

We offer over 100 years of collective real estate appraisal and consulting experience to our clients. If you can name it we probably provided services over the past 25+ years. Some of our services include: eminent domain assignments; right of way valuation issues, litigation support requests; condemnation appraisals; vacant land valuations; unique consulting/appraisal assignments such as a nudist camp, a migrant church-apartment-kitchen complex to stigmatized loss estimates or special use properties such as schools or hospitals. We also perform all the standard commercial, industrial, mixed-use, retail and vacant land services for loan and sale purposes, private interests and probate & estate tax purposes. We are available for expert witness testimony in court, for teaching assignments and writing articles for publication on many commercial real estate valuation topics.

Our client base has included major national financial institutions as well as a host of smaller regional lenders. In addition we have completed assignments for trust departments, lawyers, developers and mortgage brokers.
